To register as a coach or to register a player it is necessary to have a member account. You do not need to create a new acccount every year. Your login username is an email address and you will be able to create a personalized password. The best passwords are comprised of both letters and numbers but are not your birthdate, social security number, phone number, etc. Something unique that you will remember is a good choice. However, if you do forget your password just stop by the office and the admin person on duty will send a temp password to your email address on file. Same thing if you not longer have access to the email address you created your account with, stop by the office and we can change it in your file for you. You can also email and request a password reset. As soon as you log in with the temporary password, the system will ask you to create a new personalized password before moving on to your account home page. You can see a lot of information on your home page. In the center towards the bottom is your account balance (if you have registered but not paid yet), a link to make a payment, to the sides you will find links to register online, edit a member profile, or change your password. You may also have other sections depending on what you are registered as (official, coach, etc.)

The online registration page is divided into sections and read in alphabetical order, so camps are at the top, coaches/volunteers are in the middle and players are at the bottom. If an event is not listed, then it isn't open to member initiated registrations. The same applies to age divisions that are not listed in an event. We have closed that age because the event is full and no spots are left.

Each type of event may have different pages or questions for you to answer as part of the process. Anything in bold is an important question and some may require you to answer before moving on to the next page. Please double check any information that is autofilled for you such as address or phone number. The information in your acount is the only method your child's coach has of reaching you. If you are registering as a coach/volunteer or official, do not check the box to opt out of the mailing list. Coach/volunteer and officials receive group emails from your coordinator that are very important. Opting out means that you will not receive any group email. Salmon Creek tries to limit the number of emails sent to its membership and whenever possible targets only those members who are impacted by the information.

Coach/volunteer and officials are required to fill out a section for a background check. Effective July 15th, Washington Youth Soccer now requires a national background check. Please see the coaches corner for instructions on applying for the new background chefck. Answer all questions honestly as the information is private and not viewable by anyone other than the state agency. Remember to check the box requesting the RMA check. For player and coach/volunter registrations you must check the concussion compliance box or the registration will not process. Coach/volunteers, please remember to put in the name of the team you are requesting to coach and the role you will play on the team. For recreational players, please put the name of the coach and the team name if known. The registration is not complete and the player will not be rostered until payment is made. Online payment is best but if you need to pay by check, do it as soon after registering as possible. We cannot hold roster positions for unpaid registrations. Registrars use a number of factors to fill roster positions and payment date is just one of them. New players should scan (or photgraph) and email a copy of the child's birth certificate to or bring a copy to the office. You may also fax it 360-216-1071. We are located inside the SC Indoor Soccer Arena. If you are unable to stop during office hours (M or Th 6-7:30 pm), we have a drop box in the pro shop.

The policy of the SALMON CREEK SOCCER CLUB is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice.
